End-User License Agreement

1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with the Terms of Service,Predator's Lament ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Predator's Lament game client and related services ("Software") solely for personal non-commercial entertainment.
2. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property therein are owned by Licensor or its licensors. No ownership is transferred to you.
3. Virtual items
All in-game currencies, items, cosmetics, subscriptions, and entitlements ("Virtual Items") are licensed to you, not sold. You have no right of sale, transfer, trade-for-real-money, or inheritance of Virtual Items. Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value.
We reserve the right to adjust, remove, reset, or suspend any Virtual Item at any time for balance, legal, or operational reasons. Such actions do not entitle you to compensation beyond what is required by law.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except as expressly permitted by law.
- Use unauthorized third-party tools, bots, cheats, or exploits.
- Sell, rent, or sublicense access to your account.
- Use the Service for commercial purposes without written authorization.
5. User content
If you submit content (character names, in-game chat, support messages), you grant Licensor a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content solely for operating the Service.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically on breach of the Terms of Service. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
7. Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor disclaims all express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Governing law
This EULA is governed by California law.
